　　This equipment is mainly suitable for filling, plugging, capping and screwing of 3-20ml series of ball-shaped bottles. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, daily chemical and other industries. It has a wide range of adaptability and is easy to adjust. If you adjust the specifications, you only need to replace a set of turntable molds. It has the functions of accurate positioning, no filling if there is no bottle, no inner stopper if there is no bottle, and no outer cap if there is no inner stopper. It has the characteristics of smooth transmission, protection of bottle caps, and simple operation.

　　The filling machine uses a servo ceramic pump for filling. Driven by Japanese Mitsubishi servo motor and filled with original pipeline, it has the characteristics of high precision and easy adjustment. The needle adopts a siphon needle, which can solve the problem of dripping and hanging of liquid from the needle, and the filling can be lifted without any dripping.

　　The capping head adopts a servo capping structure and an automatic skidding device when holding the bottle, which will not wear the cap and bottle appearance. The capping torque is adjustable on the touch screen; it has the characteristics of accurate positioning, no filling without bottles, smooth transmission, and simple operation. The tabletop and surrounding side panels are all made of imported 304/2B high-quality stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the liquid are made of 316L stainless steel.
