Product Details

This production line is suitable for large-volume infusion and large-volume injection filling line production operations. Different equipment solutions are recommended based on bottle type and production capacity.
The glass bottles undergo ultrasonic washing and hot air circulation sterilization and then enter the filling room through 100-level laminar flow protection. The sterile plastic bottles are unpacked after self-cleaning and enter the filling room, where they are filled and corked. The machine has 100-level laminar flow protection. The filling adopts a servo peristaltic pump or servo ceramic pump structure. The stoppering adopts a manipulator to take out the stopper, which makes the stoppering more accurate. After filling and stoppering, it is transported into the capping room. The capping machine adopts three-knife capping. The structure has a cap-free detection and alarm function, and the capping operation is completed by the up and down reciprocating motion of the capping head.
The entire unit is controlled by a programmable controller (PLC) with a programmable human-machine interface, which can be controlled in linkage and stand-alone operations. The working status of each part can be automatically monitored and displayed, and will automatically stop when a fault occurs. Shutdown ensures the normal operation of the entire unit and is more in line with GMP requirements.
