  As mobile communication technology continues to evolve, promoting the innovative development of 6G has become a global consensus. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology conscientiously implements the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and works with all parties to systematically promote 6G vision demand research, technology research and development, international cooperation and other work, and has achieved a series of positive results. Guide the establishment of the IMT-2030 (6G) promotion group, clearly allocate the 6GHz frequency band for 5G/6G use, and provide policy guarantees for the innovative development of 6G. We conducted research on vision requirements in advance and released research results such as 6G typical scenarios and key capability indicators. In June this year, my country’s five typical 6G scenarios and 14 key capability indicators were all adopted by the International Telecommunication Union’s 6G Vision Requirements Recommendation. The IMT-2030 (6G) promotion group continues to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, and has signed cooperation memorandums with the European 6G Smart Network and Service Industry Association (6G-IA), the Korean 6G Forum, and the Telecommunications Standards Development Association of India (TSDSI).
 
  Zhang Yunming said that 6G, as a new generation of intelligent comprehensive digital information infrastructure, requires the global industry, academia, and research parties to build consensus, brainstorm, and cooperate closely to further enhance the depth of innovation, breadth of integration, and intensity of cooperation. .
